Before you rent:

Is the presentaion in 4:3 or 16:9 format?

What will you be using to play the video? i.e., laptop, disc, ect. (Client to provides their laptop/addapters). 

If the video presentaion will be in conjunction with a venues video system additional equipmet may be needed such as hdmi or sdi converters. 

If your guest count is larger than 100 additional equipment may need to be added.It is the clients responsibility to format the video.
